Support starring projects / workspaces.

This prioritizes them in lists within the Webflow environment but it can also add them to browser storage, and a favorites tab would list them for quick access.

When visiting the dashboard, collect the list of all project names and store.

Make it possible to more quickly locate in the sidebar with a partial name type.
